🏨 Unlocking Hotel Elite Status with Bilt Rewards

Today, we're talking about a fantastic opportunity to unlock hotel elite status through your rent payments, thanks to Bilt Rewards' latest promotion. Bilt Rewards has just launched an Accor status match for January 2025 Rent Day, and it's a game-changer. If you're a Bilt Mastercard holder, you can match to Accor status based on your current Bilt tier. Here's how it works: if you're a Bilt Platinum member, you can choose from ALL Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, with the latter two requiring 2,000 and 5,000 points, respectively. Bilt Gold members can match to ALL Silver or Gold status, while Bilt Silver members can match to ALL Silver or Gold status, with the latter requiring 5,000 points. And if you're a Bilt Blue member, you can match to ALL Silver status for free. The matched status will be valid through December 2025, and the requalification path for 2026 is simplified, requiring just three nights for Silver and eight nights for Gold status retention. But that's not all - on the first of each month, Bilt cardholders can earn double points on dining, travel, and other purchases, with six times points on dining, four times points on travel, and two times points on other purchases. Note that bonus points are now capped at 1,000 per month, down from the previous 10,000 point limit. I think this status match presents an interesting opportunity, especially with the relatively low requalification requirements for 2026. Accor's strong presence means these status benefits could prove valuable, with perks like suite upgrades and lounge access at select properties.
